This page explains what we do with the information you give us through this website. In short: we use it to reply to you, and nothing else.

Who we are

Melly Customs provides vehicle wrapping and paint protection services in Nairobi. If you have a question about your information, contact us at Clinmelly@gmail.com or on 0700 616 996.

What we collect

When you fill in our quote form, we ask for:

  • Your name
  • Your phone or WhatsApp number
  • Your vehicle's make, model, year, body type and current colour
  • The service you want and the finish you'd like
  • Your preferred date and any notes you add

We do not ask for your ID number, your address, or any payment card details. We never collect payment through this website.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote, and arrange the work. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own purposes.

We do use a small number of service providers to run the website, and your information passes through them:

  • Cloudflare — hosts the website and protects it from attacks and spam.
  • Resend — delivers the quote request to our email inbox.

These providers process your data on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

Quote requests arrive as an email and stay in our inbox. We delete enquiries that did not turn into work after 12 months. If your enquiry became a job, we keep the record for as long as we need it for warranty and accounting purposes.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies and does not run advertising trackers. We may use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without identifying individual people or following you across other websites.

Your rights

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019 you have the right to ask us what information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, and to ask us to delete it. Contact us at Clinmelly@gmail.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
