Where are you? I have never heard of you.
We are based in Lavington, and we come to you anywhere in Nairobi. Your car does not have to spend a day parked in a yard on the other side of the city, and you meet the person who will do the work before you hand over the keys.
If you would rather bring the car to us, that works too. Either way you talk to one person from the first message to the handover — there is no counter, no service adviser, and nobody to be passed along to.
Why does it cost this much?
Because most of what you are paying for is not the film. It is the hours before it: washing, decontaminating and drying the car so the adhesive is bonding to clean paint. That stage decides whether the job lasts, it is invisible in the finished result, and it is the first thing a cheap quote leaves out.
You will find a lower price in Nairobi. What you are choosing between is not two prices — it is two versions of the same car three years from now.
How do I know the film is genuine?
Because genuine film comes with a warranty from the people who made it. Real Xpel and 3M carries the manufacturer's own cover — 5 – 12 years, depending on the brand and the film you choose. A copy carries nothing, because there is nobody behind it to claim from.
Ask to see the roll your film is coming off before we start. That is a fair question and we are glad to answer it.
Will it damage my paint when it comes off?
No — protecting the paint is the whole point. Film is made to be removed, and the factory paint underneath comes out exactly as it went in. That is also why film protects resale value: the car still has its original paint, which is the first thing a serious buyer checks.
What does damage paint is cheap film left on until it bonds, or someone pulling it off in a hurry with a heat gun. Removal is a job in its own right, and we do it properly — including on wraps somebody else fitted.
What if it lifts, bubbles or turns yellow?
Then you have two warranties, and they cover different things. Ours — a 1 year installation warranty — covers our fitting. The manufacturer's covers the film itself. Both are set out in plain terms further down this page, including what is not covered.
Lifting is almost never the film. It is preparation, which is the part we do not rush.
How long will you have my car?
Gloss and matte PPF take 2 – 3 days, coloured PPF 3 – 4 days, a full wrap 2 – 3 days, and window tinting about 3 hours. You get a real date before anything starts, not an estimate that moves.
We take two cars at a time on purpose. Yours is not queued behind six others, and nobody is cutting corners on your job to start the next one.
What if I do not like the result?
You see it before you pay for it. The deposit is 60% when you hand the car over, and we go over the finished job with you before the rest is due. If something is not right, it gets put right before any more money changes hands.
Can I actually trust you with my car?
Every car in our gallery is a customer’s car, photographed by us. No stock images, no borrowed work, and the names under the quotes below are real people with real cars you can see on this site.
Ask us anything before you commit — including whether you need what you are asking for. If a job is not worth the money on your car, we will say so. We would rather lose one sale than fit something you regret.
